Norberto Peña

Mr. Norberto Peña is a senior loan officer and consultant with Statewide Funding Inc., a leading direct lender in the mortgage industry. His office is located at 2900 Adams Street, Suite A-310, Riverside, CA 92504.

He graduated from the California State University of San Bernardino and obtained a bachelor's degree in business administration with an emphasis in finance.

He's currently fully licensed by the California Department of Real Estate (Ca D.R.E.) and the National Multistate Licensing System (NMLS).

He's been in the mortgage industry and helping clients for over 26 years. He began his mortgage career as a loan officer in 1996 with Wholesale Capital Corporation. In 2003, he opened his own Mortgage Branch Office with American Financial Network and successfully managed the office for seven years. In 2010, he returned to Wholesale Capital Corp. to continue his career as a loan officer and consultant. Mr. Peña was a distinguished member of the prestigious "Red Ring- Top Producers Club" with Wholesale Capital Corporation. In March 2019, Wholesale Capital closed its doors and went to work for Summit Funding from March 2019 to September 2021. On September 20, 2021, Mr. Peña went to Statewide Funding, where he currently continues his career as a loan officer/consultant.

He loves helping clients, real estate agents, and real estate investors with their experience purchasing their dream homes or investment properties. His ability to communicate and counsel his clients, particularly those in the Hispanic community, is among his finest attributes. He believes that to be successful in the real estate industry, one must be willing to educate, advise, and empower clients to make sound financial decisions, but above all, he must always put his client first.
